cwsox Posted August 9, 2003 Share Posted August 9, 2003 it is up to the fans to do something special - management only needs to celebrate when we've won something - coming in from Michigan I was running an hour late and hit the 5 miles from the tollbooth on the Indiana Tollway in the 1st inning - where traffic stopped -- I actually passed USCF just in time for post-game traffic - I spent the entire game stuck in that traffic jam, in other words, two hours to got 7 miles from where the jam started to the skyway toll booths where the jam ended - there was no way to get off - at least I had a few conversations with Steff on the cell phone! And of course somewhere in the 5th Ed and John mention how bad the traffic jam was all day - nice time to tell us, guys - next time mention before the game and I would have come in another way! HSC, I tried calling you and once again got the old you are not available message - Steff, thanks for the calls - it was the only sign of life I had out there!
