I am entertaining the notion of restoring a vintage turntable/credenza type thing, or even possibly modernizing one so that it can not only play vinyl but also digital music.

I don't strictly collect for that reason. I really enjoy the aesthetics of vinyl, the big cover art, the large form media and everything else.

Actually, I did receive an electric razor, but it was my recently deceased grandfather's My mother gave to me, and she told me that it was expensive and good as new. But the thing is, it actually wasnt. The grips on the sides were worn out, and my grandfather's dead skin and facial hair are still in the head of the razor. Yeah, I have to get a new one. It would creep me the hell out using it.
