What's the perfect PB&J?

 

For me: Wheat bread, toasted lightly, with about a 65/35 ratio of super chunky peanut butter to grape jam. Grape jelly is acceptable. NEVER preserves.

 

I would have liked to have added 2 more questions:

 

Bread: Wheat, White, Other

 

Fruit: Jelly, Jam, Preserves, Other

Wheat, chunky, toasted with jam over jelly

Sunflower Butter, Strawberry Preserves, wheat bread toasted.

I'm just a Peanut Butter and Bread guy, no jelly. But, I do like PB and honey sometimes.

White bread, chunky, and either grape or strawberry. I wind up eating enough of those during the summer at camp I can't even look at one for 10 months.

Any kind of multi-grain bread toasted, creamy pb and mayo. Grosses a lot of people out but it's damn good.

Creamy PB, No J. Delicious.

I am a kid at heart when it comes to my pbj. Creamy peanut butter, grape jelly, untoasted white bread. Just about the only thing I like with white bread other than campfire pie iron pies.

Any kind of multi-grain bread toasted, creamy pb and mayo. Grosses a lot of people out but it's damn good.

Peanut butter and fluff is indeed delicious.

Natural peanut butter (on a chunky kick) and a spoon. No jelly. No bread.

PB&J requires white bread. This countries newfound infatuation with wheat and whole grain breads sickens me...its too dense and adds flavor that doesn't belong in a PB&J. Damn bread hippies.

The only two things I prefer white bread for is peanut butter and grilled cheese sandwiches.
