How many hits to the opposite field so far?

I like this pitcher. Leave him in...

Let's burn their bullpen to the ground and take the series!

Dunn with the bomb.

And he was all over it.

If he's not as fat and he doesn't appear as fat, could hit have a decent year??

Sure, why not? No expectations, less pressure.

If AJ and Rios continue to be strong presences offensively, he has a ton of protection behind him...obviously, Konerko's one of the best hitters in the game, all that helps.

Greg, your Royals are managing to blow another lead late. Speaking of bad.

Very good play there by Ryan, unfortunately he can't hit so well.

Let's see if Sale can pitch effectively with a nice lead.

Sox might as well abuse Seattle's bullpen now and start this series off nicely.

At least 4.....plus Paulie lined out to the opposite field & Rios got the Sac Fly oppo.

Royals down 4-2 in the eighth here on my big TV.

Natives getting restless in KC.

Boy KC sucks.

so much more fun to watch with a few runs.

Just want to see Morel and Beckham get some confidence.

maybe going on the road -- and facing a mediocre pitcher -- was just the thing.

And now AJ tried to go oppo but Ryan who has always been one of the best defensive shortstops makes a great play.

4 of the 6 outs were on rockets

And Noesi went 8 innings last outing, giving up 0 runs.

The Rangers and White Sox have roughed him up, though.

If healthy Sale is gonna be so good.

LOL at Mariners DHing Miguel Olivo, who's hitting .143.

Nasty pitch to wipe out Ryan.

Escapes from trouble two innings in a row.

Turning the game on in time to watch the opposition's starter leaving in the 2nd inning down 6 is great, but based on past experience, frustrating. Never seems to go according to plan.

Dunn is fixed. A statue of the new hitting coach should be nearing the end of the design process and hopefully in place by All Star Break.

Shades of early 2010 with Alex Rios now.

Solid line drives.

Rios at .306, Dunn at .255. Hopefully it lasts.

I see you Alex Rios I see you..

The Sox do this once in a while.

Have a clue at the plate. Nice hit, Rios.

When they hit like this, you wonder why they can't do it all summer long.

Nice rocket hit by rios up the middle

If he can get that form back consistently the way AJ & Paulie are going & Dunn starting to hit the ball it could def be a fun summer.

It's nice to see good pitching being combined with good hitting.

Viciedo's off to a lousy start this April.

During the top of the 3rd inning......did anybody hear who hawk was talking about that he said had a nose that was twice as big as his? He was talking about hank Aaron when the other persons name came up

This is totally Bizarro World... Dunn, Rios, Beckham and Morel all hitting.. WTF is going on here??

Once Sale builds his arm strength for starting, he might get it up around 97-98 more. If he does, look out. When's the last time we had a starter prospect that potential?
