Tomorrow is a real big game. Sox will either have the lead or 1.5 behind and swept with Peavy and Sale and facing a guy with a 10.00 ERA game 3. They have to start scoring some runs again. Maybe tomorrow is when it begins.

It's hard to tell how Sale was today without being able to see.

Just a bad outing our was his stuff diminished... Any indication he is wearing down?

One stupid pitch to Boesch. The rest was good, he was in control beyond that.

I don't have a good feeling about tomorrow. The entire lineup is in a funk. Paulie's obviously hurt, and it seems like whatever he does is contagious. Once Paulie gets back to being Paulie, then I'll have a good feeling about this team. But right now I'm as pessimistic as I've ever been.

Dunn is not a 3 hitter. Pk is no longer a 4. Beckham is a huge bust who needs to be traded, needs a change of scenery. Viciedo is looking more and more like a platoon player. Too many holes in this lineup to compete.

That's surprising to me. Not that its a big loss. Who is going to be the long man? Might need one tomorrow.

Santiago would be my guess.

It was a no-brainer with Gavin coming up and the fact we burned him today. The better question is who goes when Gavin is activated.

Sometimes guys are due for a bad outing. Maybe it was his time.

People have to stop talking like this. Seriously.

Look at the payroll. Look at the players Kenny acquired over the years to win nothing, that actually did something in the first 84 games.

This team is supposed to win games. The "would you have taken" scenarios are ridiculous.

No, people don't. Don't pretend "this team is supposed to win games" like every loss or every slump is unacceptable, especially given the forecast of this team and this season.

I can understand losing yesterday, but today is a game that was a must win with Sale going for the sox.

With that said, tomorrow is a huuuuge game. Come in the series with the lead and leave with the lead or get swept and lose 1st place?
