Good throw doesn't get Cruz. Floyd needed to look him back to third, but that would have made the play at first extremely close.

AJ was ready to go today (according to him, took full batting practice) but Herm, said one more day to be safe. Will play tomorrow. ADA needs another day or two (so probably three).

I'd love to see a back-up catcher brought in, but it's doubtful based on how Flowers has performed defensively. The scary thing is if AJ re-injures his oblique, and you're left trying to find a catcher on the waiver wire.

Did everyone finally just get sick of Hawk so we get the Rangers feed?
