Gotta give him credit for the month after the trade but overall has he fallen off, he was the best hitter in a league couple years ago.

He's batting under 200 for the month. He is batting .233 for the year. He wont be here next year. What exactly are you holding on to here.

You know why people sign FA contracts. Money and winning. They dont care that you pinch hit for a guy you picked up on the scrap heap in the 9th when he is hitting under 200 for the month.
