Why? Take the 8 point lead and make GB have to be the team rolling the dice for 2 points.

It's not like there's only time for one drive left anyway, there's a whole quarter.

2 score lead? When you have a chance to make it a 2 score lead while sustaining at least a 1 TD lead, why not take the chance?

I'm recalling a conversation about which team had the better non-QB offensive skill players

I wonder if Trestman does an adapted First 15 for the 2nd half. He's got a whole half's worth of play to base his decisions on and they always seem to just roar out of the gate.

Just guessing...maybe the problem in the first is that he's simply better at figuring things out based on what he sees than he is at scripting things?

Cutty is coming up big.

Yes he is!

WOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brandon Marshall is still better than Jeffry.

Does it matter?

jesus, f***ing tackle guys. [insert Lovie wouldn't allow them to tackle that poorly, comment]

Cutler failed to make some plays in the first half, plus we also lost a drive to Jeffrey's fumble

Does it matter?

Well yes it does. None of us have ever seen the Bears with anything like these two.

Ugh, god dammit

Conte you are so bad I don't even know how.

This is a drive where almost every play was perfectly called by the defense but the players were constantly blowing it

Conte had the chance for the pick or deflection there

Conte...ugh. That should have been a pick.

Also helped that there was a heinous hold on Shea McClellin

Does it matter?

no, great "problem" to have

why do you not go for 2 there? the one point gives you nothing.

I get that there will be plenty more scoring. ..but I still go for 2 there.

Weird. I think it shows he thinks the Bears are going to do some more scoring. Zero confidence in his defense.

Because if you fail and the Bears score again and convert a 2PAT you're a TD + FG to tie instead of win.

That false start would be textbook Lovie.

Good point, I was trying to get through the scenarios and didn't get to that one, thanks.

Why would the Bears go for 2 though? I'd rather be up 8 for sure than 7 or 9.

I love that fake sweep, then toss

wr run blocking is excellent on this team
