March 25, 201313 yr Reggie Johnson has had a terrible, terrible season. He's way too slow to play in this game. Ever since he came in, the Illini have had wide open 3s.

March 25, 201313 yr Reggie has been completely useless since breaking his thumb. The guy use to have decent hands and was an automatic 12-15 points per game. Now he's a liability. I think Larranaga was just trying to eat some minutes with Reggie to keep Gamble from picking up a foul or two with the lead. I cant imagine Reggie getting the majority of the second half minutes between the two.
March 25, 201313 yr Miami had fouls to give with 5 seconds left, real bad decision not to take a few to force Illinois into a tough shot. Larranaga has not coached well at all so far.
March 25, 201313 yr Illinois can win this game. Groce came prepared, I'm impressed with our gameplan. Gotta get some consistent offense going, though.
