Nice, I was at the Cubs/Sox game at Wrigley in 2010 where the Cup and whole Hawks squad showed up, pretty cool moment. Then the game had dueling no-no's, Floyd had his broken up in the 7th, Lilly in the 9th by Juan f***ing Pierre.

If I had a wish, he goes on the DL now, comes back from the DL after the break, and tells the team his last game will be July 29. They announce it a couple days before to get some ticket sales and standing ovations, and Paulie rides off into the sunset. I respect the guy, but he's old and breaking down now. And there's no point in him staying on this crap team.

I think we need a poll about will the Sox promote Phegley before or after he reaches Super 2 status or w/e it's called and w/e that date is. Gimenez serves no purpose other than another lefty and I can't remember if he's been used as a pinch hitter at all but I highly doubt it since I'd wager the SOx are near the bottom in number of pinch hitters used in the AL.
