An ERA under 1 is no joke, even in the Southern League.

I give the Sox a lot of credit if they can turn Noesi into a reliable starter. That would be a huge deal.

You are probably right. Though I'd rather see Noesi risked being sent down. At least Carroll can give you some innings when he is effective.
