Gamethread Padres @ White Sox 5/30

Featured Replies

Reverand Bud Black brings his San Diego Padres to the Cell with Ian Kennedy (3-6, 3.59 ERA) to face Robin Ventura and his clutch Chicago White Sox with Johnny Danks (3-4, 4.90 ERA) on the mound.

The 1st pitch is at 7:10pm CT and is showing live on CSN Chicago (or MLB.TV for the out of towner like me.)

Let's hope that Johnny Danks can lead us to a victory and keep the 3 game winning streak going after the sweep of the Tribe.

Let's Go White Sox.

It's weird, but the advanced defensive metrics have ALWAYS liked Peralta. Might be one of those guys with better instincts than range.

Man, imagine how much better that lineup would look with Jose and Avisail in it.

It would be lethal.

CQ!

Hopefully we see the same Danks we saw last start

Gillaspie >> Headley

Conor should have had that

Good seeing Carlos again

Wow, way different stance for Carlos

No runs that is a plus.

Wow!

One thing I've noticed about Eaton, he's been great at getting to 3-ball counts, but hasn't been walking all that often

Sit down you are out.

Come on Alexei..
