The only way it's not Roman is if it's Hunter in my opinion. The Wyatts have been booked as such a joke for 2 years now that I don't think Bray could make a credible champ at the moment.

He's also gotten destroyed by Taker and Reigns and his whole family just got beat by two guys. I'm also personally tired of his promos that sound cool but say nothing and are all the same. The dude certainly has a lot of potential but his character needs a complete rebuild before they put him near the title in my opinion.

If he is cleared, I'd say VMK has a tough time OK'ing him coming back, Reigns has gotten some traction as a babyface, so unless non-football Raw ratings crater, I don't see Vince OK'ing Bryan to return because the fans would quickly reject Reigns. Now, with that said, Reigns could then be a heel, but not sure Vince is ready to concede his next hand-picked top superstar can't cut it.

If Bryan returns and stays away from Roman and gets thrown out in a way that starts a feud for Mania, it'll be fine.
