What is it going to take to get Avi Garcia to take first step back? This is the cardinal rule of out fielding. How does he keep doing it over and over again.

Looking at it day after day the staff cannot be working with him or it would be corrected by now.

All I've got from his stats is that his K-rate is way down from previous years. Walk rate isn't up, not obviously unlucky, but he's not striking people out like he did last year and that's turning him into a rotten pitcher.
