I still like Allard over Fulmer from a talent and upside view, but Fullmer is by no means a bad pick. He's going to need to simplify his delivery a lot to be a starter at the next level imo, but dominant bull pen arms are by no means something to be viewed lightly. Robertson, Fulmer, and Duke could make games real short in the near future

 

you have a point with Allard. now take this into consideration. reaching their full potential. he is still a hs'er, now look at Hawkins and how much of a detour he took. will he reach his potential now, the potential that was heap on him.....

 

Fulmer has mostly developed, so he is less of a risk than Allard.

    i still remember Chan in his first season, someone charge the mound and Chan was trying to take off his cleats. i saw him do a spinning kick and missed, then there was a big pile up on him. it was too funny.
