He's been improving every month, this is a good thing. Let him start 2016 at AAA and see what he does. If he's ready to come up in July or August, great. If he struggles more than that at AAA, at least you were patient and didn't count on him as part of your competitive big league roster in 2017.

August 9, 201510 yr It's there's one skill we have abundance of in the system, it's definitely speed. Can you imagine if we end up with Alvarez at 3B, Anderson at SS l, Micah at 2B, Engel at CF, and May at LF. All those guys have the chance to steal 40 bases a year!

Considering we got him for 2 months of Gordon Beckham, I think Yency Almonte could be a hidden gem as well.
August 10, 201510 yr Reading this part of the forum has me excited. We have some good options in the minors. Hope they continue to do well. Some well stay and some will be moved for a bat in the offseason maybe.
