That just seems wrong to be a kosher move.

Zobrist isn't hurt, wife is due on Nov 10. More about positional flexibility, ph in NL park. Gore can only pr. Mondesi can play def, pr, hit/bunt, play multiple positions.

Interesting article for wanna be GM's. Hadn't realized A's were paying the remainder of Zobrist's deal this year...for the inclusion of pitcher Aaron Brooks.

Reading this, seems even more certain they won't be able to keep Alex Gordon around. Overpaying for past production in late twenties at 31-35/36 usually doesn't end well in fa markets. Injuries and just general physical decline.

@High Milage:

I've been a Chiefs fan on this board since 2004!

I'm also going for the Royals, however my gut feeling says the Mets win. I'd like to see Kansas City work the pitch count and get those dominant starters closer to the 16-18 pitches per inning instead of the 12-14 they seem to only see, but it's not their approach at the plate though. I think I'm guessing Mets in 6.

Wow.

That's an error.

Harvey getting in trouble.

Volquez' father Daniel died of a heart issue earlier today and there are conflicting reports on whether Edinson has been told.

Consistently referring to Matt Harvey as Dark Knight has run it's course. It ran it's course before it even started.

The Murphy strikes again.

Any chance that could have gone foul?

It was fair. If he didn't stop that, multiple runs score.

Good job Fox with the technical difficulties during the World Series

Good job Fox with the technical difficulties during the World Series

Imagine if the Cubs made it to the World Series, it was their starter up during the delay, and he got shelled upon play resuming.

Mets need a few more runs and its ball game. Just a feeling.

Maybe I'm right. Hahaha

f***ing Royals are just too damn resilient.

f***. Granderson just under that one.

Come on Murphy. One more time.

Trusting Addison Reed. Not good.
