For real. Cards have Wong at 2B so I guess they'll move Gyorko to short?

 

I wouldn't want Gyorko on the Sox, and we have all kinds of room for him in the infield.

Gyorko has pretty good power number for a middle IF...Jay had a down year this past season, but had been a pretty good hitter previously.

Not sure what each team is looking to do...

Jon Jay is a credible Major League Baseball player. He has six seasons. Each is better than Avi's best.

This trade is odd. Only thing that I can think of is that STL might trade Wong for a SP or CarGo if they lose out on Heyward and that being said, Wong is a terrific young 2B who is only going to get better.
