HUNTER MERCIFULLY GROUNDS OUT TO END THE INNING. GOING TO THE TOP OF THE 2ND, 1-0 MINNY.

Well the damage is minimized to one run, but it took Elo 34 pitches to get through the first

We need to get some baserunners and score, Loaiza was fortunate to get out of that virtually unscathed.

Now he needs to settle down and just throw his game.

Damn, sac fly 1 run in.  Come on Esteban f***ing wake up and pitch the way you have all year you moron.

Thats pretty f***ing harsh, dude...meanwhile, a 31 pitch inning...we're gonna see the pen tonight!!

Torii Hunter.

31- Foul. 0-1

32- Ground ball to Robbie. 3 outs.

After 1 inning, 1-0 Twins.

32 f***ing pitches for Loaiza already. Don't be surprised if this team looks like ass the rest of the night... I suppose it is good that it didn't turn into a big inning for the Twins though.

groundout to robbie, end of inning

it could have been much worse

were almost at 200 posts and we're int he 2nd inning.

IM GONNA BITE MY f***ING ARMS OFF!

Trust me the Sox aren't maim worthy.

Hey, only one run came across. One swing of the bat from tieing this b**** up. Maybe this will be his worst inning. Danny Wright and Garland seem to follow suite in that factor. Este will calm down from this point on.

We get out relative unscathed. It hink he'll settle down and pitch well. I wonder if #20 is distracting him. I sure hope not.

that could have been much worse. at least it's only 1-0

could have been disastrous

but you hate to see a team score without getting a freakin hit -- after you fail to score with back to back singles to lead off the game

need a momentum change -- and before we get to LaTroy and Friends

not the team you want to try to beat from behind.

Could be a record setting night here on Soxtalk, posts wise.

At this pace we could have over 1000 posts on this thread.

Lets bring the momentum back on our side Sox.

20 members on the string

what's the record?

THIS IS NOT LOOKING GOOD! WE BETTER f***ING SCORE!

Relax, its 1-0. Its not like they scored 5 or 6.

Was Loiaza that bad, was the ump that bad or was it a combo of the two?

Everett is up.

11- Strike. 0-1

12- Ball low. 1-1

13- Ball low. 2-1

14- Swinging Strike. 2-2

15- Foul away. 2-2

16- Foul away. 2-2

17- He pops up to the 2nd basemen, Hocking. 1 out.

Everett pops out. Come one offense.

Carl flies out

Was Loiaza that bad, was the ump that bad or was it a combo of the two?

He was throwing lots of cutters, all diving down and in...kept throwing and missing with it.

probably paranoid, but the zone seems wider for Radke

Was Loiaza that bad, was the ump that bad or was it a combo of the two?

Loz's Cutter was not cutting. He was no where near the strike zone.

Was Loiaza that bad, was the ump that bad or was it a combo of the two?

i wouldnt say the ump was bad. There were atleast 2 pitches that could of been strikes, though they wouldnt of caused a strikeout.
