It's not what he did, it's how he did it. One of the few arguments for keeping him in the rotation (and an argument made pre-game by Robin Ventura) is that so far this year his results have been worse than they probably should have been. So it's hard to be that excited when he throws a start with woeful peripherals and gets lucky.
