That's Anderson in a nutshell. Swings at a 2-0 pitch out of the zone but gets a single anyway.

Sale at 102 pitches. Done for night or try to squeeze another inning? For his sake, I say done but scared of bullpen.

Put him back out there, pull him quickly if he gets in trouble.

It would be nice if they could get one more inning out of Sale, but you know they're going to have to go to Jones/Robertson at some point.

 

The debate will be whether you use Putnam, Albers or Sale next inning.

 

If I'm Ventura, I leave Sale out there until the first batter reaches against him.
