All BS aside, if this team isn't going to hit consistently then they have no real chance of contending. Can't just hit when they play a garbage pitching staff (Detroit) and then shut it down again when they face real pitchers.

The team came in last in offense in the league last year, and the front office brought in Frazier, Lawrie, Rollins, Jackson, Avila, and Navarro in the offseason to fix that. And now Morneau. What can you say?

Meh whatever. They're going nowhere. Can't get back on track is proof. I've never been a huge fan of Nate Jones as a late inning guy anyways. This pen sucks as a whole though.

I didn't watch so I didn't know but when I have, it seems like our catcher game calling has been worse this season.
