  1. It's a matter of when not if that Eloy hurts himself or gosh forbid Robert or both if you keep him in left. He can't field, he can't throw, he can't run. He is a friggen made to order DH ! Give left to Vaughn, Eloy to DH, trade Sheets.
  2. The Sox are going to have to grind it out this season. There will be nobody running away with the Division like last year.
  3. And here comes the inevitable Cease meltdown
  4. Cease has some nasty stuff. He just has to avoid those meltdowns when he walks 2 or 3 guys in an inning and it just snowballs.
  5. Unbelievable! He doesn't even last two games.
  6. I'm sorry but I can't take the Cease stache serious.
  7. I live in MI and it's funny to hear the Tiger fans going crazy over Baez after one game.
  8. If this team doesn't score a ton of runs this year they are going to be in big trouble.
  9. This x100! TLR asleep at the wheel again.
  10. Thats why you play Vaughn every day, He needs as many AB's as possible.
  11. Where do you bat AJ when TA is back?
  12. Just wait till the Tigers sweep the Sox this weekend.
  13. The Sox better hit right out of the gate this year or things could go south in a hurry with this pitching staff.
  14. The guy is 50 lbs overweight and were shocked he has knee issues? And I can say that because I'm in the same boat. Until he takes conditioning serious his knees will always be an issue.
  15. I don't think Moncada has a love for the game. He shows no passion out there. basically looks like he is going through the motions. He needs to have the fear of losing his job put in to him.
  16. If you actual start Keuchel in a regular season game this year you will be basically giving a game away. He is done. He has nothing left. If you keep him he has to go to the bullpen and be the last guy ever used. Mop up innings in blow outs.
  17. I can't believe the Sox are going in to the season with Keuchel. He has absolutely nothing left in the tank.
  18. If, and it's a big if, Pollock can stay healthy for the majority of the season it's a great deal. The big question now is what do you do with AV and GS. If AV is on the roster he has to get steady at bats. And I love GS as a much needed left handed bat but you now have a huge logjam of outfielders. Something has to give. Will be very interesting to see what happens in the next week.
  19. Have to try to scratch out runs any way possible and hope the pitching staff can hold the cheaters to 3 or less
  20. The Sox are a team of great competitors. This guy has completely dominated them 3 times this season. They just faced him 5 days ago. Every player in the line up tomorrow should have a damn good plan of attacking him. They are going to know that tomorrow there is no room for any error and they have to fight and claw for every possible run. They should be totally locked in. You want to be the best you have to beat the best.
