5/16 Sox @ Royals 7:10PM CT
What a counter move to the Cueto effect. The league is on notice.

Contenders/pretenders
Ok, then everyone but the Yankees, Dodgers, Astros should just forfeit their seasons. Too many loser mentalities in this message board and fanabse. I don't give up, I keep playing. No matter how undermanned my team looks. You get in, you have a chance. And that's fact.

Contenders/pretenders
Ask the Braves. Not sure why some of you guys always assume the best regular season teams will always come out on top. If you get in and healthy ( being the key ) you always have a chance.

The Sox at no point have been a top flight offense or defense during and after the rebuild. It was assumed the offense was going to bang with the best of the teams, but we're finding out we very overrated our talent there . The defense was always going to struggle .

Contenders/pretenders
As long as the Sox play in the AL Central they are clearly contenders.

Carlos Rodon... What could the Sox gotten in trade?
Woof, none of those three reasons there have any relevance.

5/15 Games
I'm sure if gets DFAd not one single team would come calling, except for dumbass Hahn, He'd be back in AAA in no time.

Site issues
As the Sox offenses goes, so does the website. So pretty soon we're going to bottom out to 56K dial up speeds.

Getting 5+ from Kopech would be like a win at this point.

3 run deficits feel like 10 for these Sox. I don't think hitting coaches matter much, but fire the midget clown just for the sake of doing something at this point. Obviously you're not firing the corpse manager, but make a change somewhere.

Division games are a lot more meaningful then the mental pride of splitting a series with the Yankees.

And even with investing in relievers, it's still not enough for that pen as we're finding out.

Again, contrary to everyone's belief that LaRussa just wants to keep sabotaging his line-ups every game and doing this to piss off the fanbase, Moncada is a very brittle baseball player who just got back from a very serious injury. He is going to require days off in the early going. He's been less than a week off the DL.

Naw. I think his knees are just shot.

The fact that he can't catch more than 2-3x per week is much worse.

This is why the White Sox are "coddling" you Michael.

Have to get someone up.

His body language too. Not finishing his pitches with conviction.

Kopech's velocity a bit concerning here.

Well, Moncada is still in extended spring training reps right now. So that's more understandable. However, at the very least I rather have him taking DH reps over Abreu at this point. But maybe they wan to keep his running light altogether.
