Was at the game last night, and one thing I found interesting is Schultz never warmed up on a mound before the first inning. All of his warmup was done on the field.

Wiklenman is the one who was DFA. Interesting.

Why? This has been a good game against the hottest team in baseball on the road.

They are going to play him, Vargas, Roch and Mune every day but you’ll likely see them cycle through a lot of combos throughout the season to make use of the DH.

He did get a little screwed that pitch that was called a strike that was off the plate set up that curve to end it.

It drove in a run and it lead to two. Why wouldn’t he?

Grichuk is lucky he whiffed on that throw because he was out by about 3 steps.

I checked his last start and it was still really long. They must have asked him to.

He doesn’t really play consistently and has been totally fine in his role the last two months or so.
