Playoff odds
Exactly. Basically putting their odds to a coin flip when they are in a meh division and struggle to beat the teams in that division doesn't exactly inspire confidence. That said, the rotation is starting to look like fire. That's encouraging. Unfortunately, we all know not just one aspect of play can determine how good they can be. Between defense, bullpen and inconsistent offense there are a ton of question marks with us, too.

Sox rotation so far
Kopech, Cease and Rodon looking solid/much improved this year. A rotation potentially consisting of ceiling level Gio/Kopech/Cease/Rodon would be something really special, maybe even enough to overcome all the stupid hurdles we are dealing with right now.

The Makings of a Juggernaut?
That's the entire fucking point. These guys missing is likely going to prevent us from getting close to that. It's weird you sit solely on "odds" based on mere numbers and have clearly never paid any attention to this franchise. I don't even know why I'm attempting this anymore. You're dense as all hell and I've lost my patience.

The Makings of a Juggernaut?
Extremely debatable. And if all you are doing is aiming to win the division then really, my point is kinda proven.

Luis Robert grade 3 strain/torn Hip Flexor, est. out 12-16 weeks
I admit, it bothers me Stone joins in on this happily all the time but never joined in with Hawk on the HR calls.

The Say Sorry to Rick Hahn Thread
His credibility has already been virtually none for multiple years now. There is nothing really else that is "on the line."

The Makings of a Juggernaut?
A lot of people were bummed. And even if I was wrong, the hell you want? An apology? I'm glad it worked. But all these attempts at "gotcha" hindsight moments are ridiculous. All you've really done is ignore what I was trying to say from the beginning and drug us further away from it with red herring nonsense that frankly is petty and childish. All these stupid questions about who is going to win the division and just completely ignoring the fact that we are in trouble and our FO did not prepare for any of this.

The Makings of a Juggernaut?
Most people felt that way. No one could have necessarily figured he would have as good a year as he has had. If that's your way of trying to discredit me, you couldn't have done a poorer job.

The Makings of a Juggernaut?
I think you have me mixed up with another poster, lol. And predictably, you do nothing but keep reaching for things and staying as far away from the points being presented to you as possible. Completely irrational poster.

The Makings of a Juggernaut?
If all you do is point out positives then you definitely do not think objectively. Right now the attention is on the negative fit obvious reasons. If you don't get the basis of the negativity then you will never understand the problem or be objective. You're ignoring or dismissing virtually every point made to you, boiling everything down to "negativity." Thise blinders must be awfully heavy. Really, you have demonstrated you don't really even read posts you responded to and lack basic comprehension. Your laughable posts on money spending on us vs. Dodgers/Padres was an example. You focus on the quantity balance of subject matter rather than the subject itself. It's flabbergasting.

TA7 Isn't going to let the ship sink
It's become quite clear to me that the poster you are quoting has never actually paid any real attention to anything going on with this organization.

TA7 Isn't going to let the ship sink
WTF. Everyone gets injured and suddenly Bizarro World opens up and swaps Ray Ray. What kind of malevolent forces are at work here???

The Makings of a Juggernaut?
No. It's not. And if you never complain, even if ownership of the team you cheer for purposely doesn't put that team in a position to win... then frankly you're not a real fan. But it's clearly more than you aren't thoughtful. You're not even attempting to actually engage my argument because you're too lazy and can't allow yourself to be challenged. I'm trying to make a point and for some reason you're just fixated on which specific team you think will win the division, which isn't even the fucking point. So if I say Cleveland, what is your actual response going to be? Are you even capable of one? Clearly you can't handle any if the arguments anyone is posing to you here. I'm glad you "believe" but if that's all you can do then you live in a fantasy world.

The Makings of a Juggernaut?
That's how it always appears to someone who isn't thoughtful. You couldn't even grasp what I was saying about spending money.

The Makings of a Juggernaut?
What difference does it make who I say will? I thought I was neurotic. Jesus. Your attention span seems on par with a puppy's. I guess my points aren't going to be addressed. You don't seem to be able to discern differences.

Addressing the OF shortage (Robert Injury Spinoff)
That is very nerve-wracking to think about.

The Makings of a Juggernaut?
I don't know, sir. Neither do you or anyone. I could easily see Cleveland or Minnesota doing so. Will you now please focus on what I was saying to you?
-
The Makings of a Juggernaut?
Cleveland and Minnesota have a habit of consistently playing better than us. Cleveland has really good pitching right now. Being "the favorite" means shit. How many times have we been "the favorite" only to not make the playoffs at all? Like I said before, some of you clearly have never watched the White Sox before. They have proved nothing so far.
