There's nothing cute or romantic or mystical about losing. Losing Sucks. Always has, always will. Maybe if they treated these games as just GAMES, rather than exorcisms, goat executions, blowing up "cursed" baseballs and all that other nonsense, maybe they'd win a few of them.

The bad news for Cubs fans is that their season basically rests in the hands and unstable mind of Carlos Zambrano.

I'm proud of them for taking care of their business the last 3 days. I don't regret being upset that they couldn't take care of things much earlier than this.
