  1. That was like 89 PA's against LHP. There is much to doubt about that vs his career #'s.
  2. Yeah that was a legitimate answer. Most people kill them with .223/.556 cartridges, which are fired by AR-15's. And I'm a legitimate firearms instructor lol.
  3. How about just a gun owner and firearm instructor? Buy an AR-15 and a decent optic and 3 or 4 PMAGS.
  4. McHugh, Cishek and Hudson are pretty much the last viable pen arms unless I am forgetting someone. I don't think the Sox have been linked to any so far.
  5. A lot of Southern states they are a problem and they are invasive. I know in Texas you can pay to shoot them from a chopper.
  6. I just don't buy into this stuff, the same with "leadership" in baseball. It's an individual team game. Jose Abreu doesn't will Tim Anderson to hit .330 the same way Puig wouldn't be causing Tim to make a bagillion errors. They still need a legitimate RF though imo. Puig fits that.
  7. As always you take this kind of reporting with a dash of salt, but it sounds to me like they are unofficially out if you read the stuff coming out the last few days. This is great. Their fanbase thinks they are still a 100 win team as well with that staff and the ridic season they had at the plate last year.
  8. Donaldson asking for 4/110. MLBTR indicates a number of teams are close to asking price.
  9. Pederson doesn't make any sense now with Mazara, unless they trade Mazara for RP. Although I fantasize about trading Mazara on a nightly basis, that is probably close to a 0% chance.
  10. I'm really getting the feeling they are working out a trade for a BP arm.
  11. His point was though that Sanchez isn't going to be replacing anyone in the IF late game and he just can't hit. I would prefer to get a versatile guy that could plug in at IF and corner OF spots as well.
  12. .302/.350/.516 in Japan as a 21 year old last year. Supposed to be pretty good. I saw something that he should be able to stick in RF for MLB. Not too much on his pitching other than mid 90's FB.
  13. Willians Astudillo. Just because you don't strike out doesn't mean you aren't making outs. You just do it in different ways.
  14. Yep, this is potentially costing him millions and millions of dollars if he thinks he can repeat the numbers. I would rather have more lineup versatility than 3 catchers.
  15. This would be pretty okay with me. I'm not sure what kind of arm we'd get assuming he goes to a team trying to win.
  16. This is the best signing of the off season imo. I am perfectly fine if Madrigal has to stay down for a month because I don't know what he really is at the plate. This is the big one.
  17. NOOOO YOURE NOT SUPPOSED TO TAKE THE MONEY BECAUSE YOU ALREADY GOT ALL THE MONEY FROM YOUR SIGNING GAHHHHHAHHHHhhhh
  18. I'd be happy with McHugh. He'd be solid in the pen and would just provide more depth to SP if needed. I'd be fine with a 2 year deal for sure.
