He will if Titleist keeps making the college baseballs.

What I would do (what I would do) is fire Grifol around the all star break if not sooner and name LaRussa interim manager. I would then hire AJ to be asst manager or bench coach and let let him learn the league and a few things from LaRussa. Then after the season name AJ the manager and kick LaRussa back upstairs. That's what I would do (what I would do).

I think the plan is to get him closer to 100 innings.

Well Schultz is not going to take the ball every 5th day he's going to take the ball every 7 days. They're taking a college approach by making him a weekly starter. It's an interesting plan.

They had this low ball offer out to him for a while. I honestly can't believe no one would beat it and he finally caved. -

I apologize I thought you were talking about Jake Cousins. It took everything I had not to call you a crazy person. -

Limiting innings/pitches has done a bang up job of keeping pitchers healthy. I'd ask you what the perfect amount is but no one knows that answer which means you sure as f*** don't know but that won't stop you from the scorching hot take that they're gonna "run him into the ground." -
Possible 2nd round target.

Jesus fucking christ that's not what they're going to do. It's inevitable that he's going to need a dl stint or two due to soreness/tired arm so they're letting him go now and will keep evaluating him as the season goes on. These extereme hot takes are getting tiresome. -

He has a strong arm and is decent defensively. He also really likes to strike out. Can't imagine he's not an upgrade over Perez or Robinson or likely Lee. -

I wouldn't mind seeing them rough up Flaherty a bit today. He didn't want to sign here because he heard how bad the clubhouse was. Not too difficult to figure out who he heard that from. -

and if he threw it home and the runner was safe DJ would have said he was too aggressive and he had an out at 3rd if he would have taken it. Sounds like DJ is in a mood. He should start posting here.
