I like our current third baseman better anyway...and we still have the money to pay for key improvements in starting pitching and right field.

Always be a good winner with your Cub fan friends. The bad karma always comes back to bite you in the ass.

I was with you all the way until " four years at 16 mill a year." I would like to see 2 or 3 years at 10 to 12 mill. At our best we might have 150-175 million to spread around those 25 players. Need to pay fairly but not overpay. Like most players... Jose is a great power & RBI guy but has his shortcomings. Another year at 1st base and another year or two at DH while Vaughn prepares himself. However RH handles it...I think it's an absolute must that Abreu signs an extension or gets traded. He is a good asset and those can't be allowed to just walk away at the end of his contract.

Well one things for sure...we are really good winners.

A lot more will be climbing on the Sox train.

Theo might just look at that...he's a win now kind of guy.

No one is perfect apparently.

That's tomorrows game.?

They could really use Colome but it would cost them dearly.

They only recently started to forget the Lou Brock trade and now this. Gotta love it.

Lot's of guys to give some props tonight. Nova, Garcia, Jimenez, McCann, Marshall, Bummer & Colome all came through. Fry got a big out and Sanchez was throwing leather. Good team win.

Let's not forget that Nova kept us in the game tonight. Had to keep the Cubs and ump at bay.

How great would it be for Giolito to take us back to .500 against the Cubs?

That great Eloy smile reminds me of a Sox HOF great with a contagious smile. Frank and Eloy could have similar careers.

I'll bet we won over a few new fans tonight.

Bummer, Marshall & Colome are a hell of a trio.

Don't forget...we still have Collins laying in the weeds.

If Moncada is that hurt he doesn't belong on the field.

Well...Nova got us to the bullpen. We have a real chance now that Moncada is in the game. This really has been a poorly umped game though.

This is a realistic offer.

Going to the fifth at 1-0. Feels worse but this is still winnable.

A decent regular is needed until Vaughn get here.

No faster way to become a hero or a bum than do something notable in the Cub/Sox series. Let's kick some Cub butt.

And...we've only scratched the service. He is going to produce some monster games.

SportsVision had to be the lowest point in my history of being a Sox fan. What a flop.
