  1. Even better, Adolfo and James Beard for Joc!
  2. Me too, I'm interested in seeing what the Red Sox would want for him.
  3. Well I believe he can hit for average, has decent k to bb rate, and has some pop. .280avg .380obp 25hr 90rbi guy...no? Also, Sheets has a nice swing, short swing. Looking at Adolfo video he has too much going on with a high leg kick, and his stats don't ring power.
  4. Good call on the splits. Jocs 36 HR all came vs. RHP. He is a platoon guy and not worth Colome. There may be better options.
  5. Joc should be extended if we get him. If he can play CF he is even more valuable (yes I still think Robert needs a full year in the minors)
  6. Ok maybe I need to say it more gentle. There are other Sox top prospect hitters that I like alot more than Adolfo and Basabe.
  7. Ok, Would they do Fulmer,Adolfo & Colome for Joc?
  8. Gavin Sheets and Collins are keepers. I think Rutherford can be a good bench fill in starter at some point.
  9. Ok, since my first offer you all thought favored the Dodgers, give them Colome, Basabe, and Adolfo for Joc and prospect Jacob Amaya.
  10. Adolfo and Basabe in my opinion are not very good hitters....shhhhh....I didn't want to say that, that's why I wanted to trade them for Joc!
  11. That's a fair trade. They may even make out a little since Colome is such an important piece for a contending team.
  12. Ok give them Colome, Basabe and Adolfo. Done deal.
  13. If we are looking at signing Hamels who is already 35, we should only do a 1 year deal.
  14. Would you rather have Hamels and Keuchel or only Wheeler. I'd take Hamels and Keuchel.
  15. Theo messed up the Cubs by being politically correct with his manager and players. Trying to please everyone else. Cubs wont make playoffs without Maddon.
  16. Love his personality and clubhouse presence. Glad he is back. 😃
  17. Good for them. Whip up the Cubs Moose!
  18. They went from tough to wimpy. I do like wimpy names too, but there was no reason for that change, silly.
  19. That his most strikeouts in any of his years, and yes that was poor. Also, he walks alot to compensate a little on the KS. Trout is not in the top 5 in hitting. Bregman is better. Although Trout can do so much so well.
  20. No, actually I can't. It's the sign of a poor hitter.
  21. Villar 176 ks,boy that sure is alot of Ks, 7th worst in the league. The last thing the Sox need are more K'S.
