The pitching at home sucks for one reason and one reason alone: SOX PARK IS THE COORS FIELD OF THE MIDWEST!!!! If you hit a ball in the air to left or right,depending on how the wind swirls,put your head between your ass and kiss it goodbye. Sometimes the wind takes a ball over the wall,sometimes it holds the ball up long enough for an outfielder to make a play.This is a softball team offensively.They always seem to be swinging for the 3 run homer with no runners on base. As much as I love Maggs,I realise the White Sox can't play these 17-9 softball games once the playoffs start.If Maggs walks,there's more money for KW to spend on pitching.And I would let go of Loaiza,who i'm starting to call "Lousy-a".His last few starts have been nothing to write home about.It may be the time of year for the dead arm,but Loaiza still hasn't pitched like a fraction of the pitcher he was in '03.

Thank all the good people at SOX CENTRAL for letting me get away with it. A bigger thank you goes to "Red Pinstripes",if you're still on this board. I am a White Sox fan,but management has infuriated me time and again (see 1994 strike,1997 "white flag trade").Hence,my board name.Reinsdork (my other nickname for him) has alienated a fan base away from this park for the past decade.I am a weekend season ticket holder who has trouble explaining to his sister and her friends why Sox Park can barely draw 20,000 on a half price night.I will always be a White Sox fan,but I will tailgate before every game and spend as little money as possible on concessions.And forget the gift shop. 150.00 for a Maggs jersey eats into my auto insurance.
