Kill Bil vol 1 7. Hateful 8 8. Django 9. Death Proof The gap between 4-8 is very small. Hard ranking those in any order. 1-3 far better than rest for me.

Seconding bmags. QT needs to realize that he doesn't need so much dialogue. Some unnecessary. It also shouldn't take 90 mins to set things up. That said, the last hour was excellent to me. QT has seen hundreds of more westerns than me, but the ones I did see were never this gory. Yikes. Poor Walton Goggins, being called Walter his whole life.

I'd agree. The fact each ep is only 30 mins helps get through the weird episodes.

"Anomalisa" is...abstract. Maybe Kaufman just isn't my kind of filmmaker but people like him. Maybe it's hard for me to get emotionally involved in stop motion animation. Not sure. It's good but wouldn't recommend going out of your way to catch it.

I'm drained.

Oh, you better believe TFA is in my top 10 right now. I know what you mean. I know I can be a snob sometimes but I enjoy popcorn flicks just as much as indy ones. My list will be tainted because I probably won't get to see Carol, Anomalisa, or Brooklyn.

My dad just got a new laptop and want Microsoft Office on it for his job, but the only way he can find to get it is to pay every month or annually. Anyone know how he can get it for a one time payment that isn't too expensive? I got my version cheap through work but he can't use my code.
