QUOTE (TRU @ Apr 8, 2013 -> 08:28 PM) this is the greatest raw ever Why couldn't they have done that last night?

I think 27 and maybe even 9 were far worse than 29.

QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Apr 8, 2013 -> 09:57 AM) I'm a huge fan of the show but last night was a little dull. But it was a "catching up" episode, so I expected that. I liked the Peggy stuff. She's lie the female work Don.

QUOTE (Jake @ Apr 8, 2013 -> 08:46 AM) For AMC shows, they will have all episodes with the exception of the season that is currently selling on DVD for the first time. For instance, Mad Men is on Season 6 as of yesterday. Seasons 1-4 have been available for ages, and about a month ago Season 5 became available because they had spent enough time selling the DVD version and would like you to get caught up so you can watch it on TV. Most TV series on there work that way. I used to complain about the selection on Netflix, but I've gotten more and more warm to it. Lots of TV series available, House of Cards is great, I love documentaries, lots of foreign films, etc etc I'm with you. I've been watching Indy stuff and docs on Netflix stream for the past month like crazy. They are adding great stuff all the time. Now Fringe is up.

QUOTE (juddling @ Apr 8, 2013 -> 07:05 AM) Maybe it was the long break or maybe it was because I have never been as crazy about the show as some people here have been but I got bored and turned off the Mad Men season premiere after 45 minutes. Maybe I missed something exciting in the second half and i'll try to watch it later but I couldn't believe how boring it was. Too much Betty

I thought as a show, Mania was fine. Too bad we always remember what happens last.

QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Apr 7, 2013 -> 10:19 PM) Man, Orphan Black is super interesting. I didn't realize that the German lady was a clone of her, the wig and accent really fooled me, until I saw the catch-up before Ep2 and noticed it. I hope this show doesn't get TOO sci-fi. I'm not really in to the "anything is possible because it's a sci-fi show" type thing. I had the same problem with the German. Feel like I really need to pay attention.

I don't know much about juice, but wouldn't Brock be more cut if on it? Like Rock? yes, i went there. He is huge, no doubt, more more puffy.

QUOTE (GoodAsGould @ Apr 7, 2013 -> 02:53 PM) Well that isn't anything everyone didn't know already. The problem is probably is a 60/40 MSU lean. I'd say 70/30, but you never know. -
Only 2 episodes in but Orphan Black maybe be my fav new show of the year.

QUOTE (zenryan @ Apr 7, 2013 -> 08:39 AM) That reference or saying doesnt apply to this situation. I thought it looked like a block as soon as it happened. It was clear the Michigan player slid under as the Orange player was going to the basket. The replays showed that the Michigan guy pretty much took two slide steps to get to that spot. So you watch the action away from the ball while watching on TV? You are one of the rare ones, because it was obviously very tough to tell in real time unless you were doing so. I admit, as a Michigan fan, it was a block but only could tell on the replay. I agree with Greg Anthony when he says that so many mistakes are made throughout the whole game, whether its players, coached or refs, that is evens out. They're all human. I was getting frustrated with the tight play the last few minutes. Twice they broke the press and had 3 on 1's but instead of doing to the bucket, they passed the ball out. -

I think in real time, it looked like a charge. Refs obviously don't have instant replay to see that it probably was a block. Michigan still gave them every chance, throwing up bricks from the FT line. You can say the ball doesn't lie and Michigan still held on. See ya Monday NIght! Saw Boeheim getting sassy and short with a few reporters in the post game press conference. Too bad. -

QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Apr 6, 2013 -> 06:06 PM) Holy crap that was a terrible half of basketball. Yikes. I fully expect Louisville to turn the pressure up now and get more fast breaks. -

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Apr 6, 2013 -> 05:12 PM) LOL Jake said this almost verbatim the day after it happened. But his reasoning was a little different I was fine with it the day after, but now its too much. And than they throw him in the nd of that little opening video for Louisville. I know he doesn't, but it looks like Smith travels everytime he penetrates. -

Sorry to be the ass, but can we stop with the over dramatizing of the Ware injury? It was awful and hope he's ok but he is like the 8th guy on the team. -

Jalen Brunson is playing on the same AAU team as Okafor this summer. I'd pay to see that. -
QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Apr 5, 2013 -> 04:33 PM) I think its possible McGary comes out this year. I bet he's 50/50. Hope he stays because I just don't see him being able to guard anyone in the NBA right now. cant defend at rim yet

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Apr 5, 2013 -> 11:17 AM) Considering that the Tribune ran a daily section covering the Simeon basketball team, there was no way Jabari wouldn't win it. True. People don't realize it's a Tribune award as well. Suntimes clearly has better prep coverage IMO. I could be biased in that sentiment. -
Surprised how much I liked the Hannibal premiere. Good secondary characters. Never read the books.

QUOTE (farmteam @ Apr 4, 2013 -> 11:00 AM) There was something oddly fun about sitting on the floor in the corner of Blockbuster with 6 movies at in front of you trying to figure out which one or two you were going to rent. Worked at Blockbuster for two years in high school. Can still smell it. Despite the rude customers, worked with a lot of cool people and had fun times hanging with them outside of work. You guys got me all nostalgic.
