QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jan 26, 2012 -> 08:48 PM) Ron Swanson in the bowling alley. Enough said. Son, people can see you!
  2. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jan 25, 2012 -> 11:23 AM) You choose the version with Steve McMichael. Off to Solitary confinement with you.

Never really thought much of Diem but she is pretty hot. WTF happened to Vinny? His gym turn into a McDonalds? Jesus. Dunbar on that path.
  4. Knicks losing to Cleveland. Glorious.
  5. I knew Hibbert was having a good year but this is the first I have seen him and he looks in really good shape.

Loved "The Artist". I've only seen a handful of old silent movies, mostly Chaplin, and just amazing how much storytelling you can do with expressions and no dialogue. Some of the staging and technical aspects were terrific as well.

Are the inmates on ALCATRAZ based on real criminals or are they fiction?

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jan 24, 2012 -> 05:04 PM) You're more of a movie buff than me so how many movies did you like more than Warrior this year? The answer for me is a big ol' 0. Warrior definitely number 1 for me. I'm off tomorrow so gonna go see The Artist. I also loved 50/50, Mission Impossible (which would never get nominated), and Hanna. I find the lack of recognition for Dunst in Melancholia appalling.

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jan 24, 2012 -> 10:18 AM) Needs more Warrior. This. I hate the fact that everytime Terrence Mallick makes a movie, he has to get nominated. I don't watch his stuff after he hacked up Thin Red Line and feel his movies are slowly paced and dull. Wonderfully shot, but not very watchable.
  13. QUOTE (GoodAsGould @ Jan 24, 2012 -> 03:36 AM) How long ago were you down there? Dimaggios used to be off of Wall street, I think on Park Street(the street past grand going south) and was in a kind of rundown building..... When they were located there everyone in college especially dorms would eat there. Now they are all fancied up family looking restaurant off of 13 for past couple years and haven't been since. I also never got the hype of either, I just ordered Papa Johns when I was down there. I graduated in 2001. Maybe I have had it but hit my head and forgot. Doesn't ring a bell.
  14. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jan 23, 2012 -> 10:13 PM) Punk-Ziggler and the rumble match alone should make it a real fun watch. I'm liking Bryan on Smackdown with what he is doing. SHould be cool to see him sneak out of the cage Sunday somehow. You're right about the Rumble. It is pretty stacked and I assume Henry, Show, and Ziggler will be in it after their matches. Lots of big names. I'm pulling for Jericho. Love the unique way he is getting heat and a match with Punk would rock.
  15. Noah put up a double double last year in the one game he played vs. NJ.

Honeybaked Ham caters but doubt they deliver. Isn't that what Peapod is?
  17. The Rumble card looks top notch to me.
  18. Orlando looks awful against a Boston team with out Rondo, Allen, and Pietrus.
  19. BScal stronger around hoop than Boozer
  20. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jan 23, 2012 -> 07:39 PM) Free Throw 2 slow
  21. QUOTE (farmteam @ Jan 23, 2012 -> 07:35 PM) Wow, that was Scalabrine's first SHOT as a Bull. That's ridiculous. First free throw

Oscar nominations announced tomorrow. Seems kind of unpredictable this season.
  23. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jan 23, 2012 -> 12:04 PM) Ha, I knew you'd enjoy that. I liked Quatros pizza but didn't love it, Dimaggios was the only pizza down there that I absolutely loved. Now, Quatros soup on the other hand, might have been my favorite food in the Dale... How come I don't remember DiMaggios? I was an Italian Village guy as well.

Frank maybe the most despicable character in TV history. Makes me hard to like William H Macy, I think.
