Are the inmates on ALCATRAZ based on real criminals or are they fiction?

It will be in a few months when I have this surgery done. Just not sure if I should go out to AZ to their Mayo or stay here at Rush with a surgeon I know and knows my condition well. Mayo does this type of procedure all the time. I meet with my surgeon next week and will see how many he had done. I'm leaning towards AZ because it is a 2 month recovery and my parents are out there. Was just curious what they are like.

What's the voter turn out been for these caucuses/primaries? Because the vote totals seem low, but I don't remember what they usually have been like in the past.
