Here's one thing I'll say. Catcher has been an offensive void on this team for a long time. If you can make the Catcher position an offensive force, you can stand to have another position(2b) where you aren't exatcly lighting up the scoreboard

I was hoping it was the other way around -- Today was the last day the Cubs had to negotiate with Nomar -- I think 1-year of Nomar @ $8M was a better fit for this team than 4+ years of Renteria @ $7+M -- So I'm disappointed
