When Reed hit the majors, he will eventually become right around a .300 hitter, with an OBP of at least .400. He has as great eye. Only in the first few weeks of this season, when he was batting around. 375 was he not walking much.
He projects to be the PERFECT #2 hitter. I haven't seen his ability to bunt, or hit situationally, but his numbers tell me that the #2 spot will be his place in the lineup for some time.
