I'm just upset that everyone went to the Norhwestern School of Last-Second-Shooting. ------ Seriously though, there is NO such thing as clutch shooting. One would expect that if the average shooting percentage for the entire tournament field is 40%, those last second shot should fall at a rate within a standard deviation of 40%. 40% of 18 is about 7. It would be resonable to expect at lest 5 of those 18 shots to fall. And this tourny has produced nothing of the sort.

Especially because he's only taken 8 AB's --- and gone 0-for-8

For thoes still counting... That's 57 games, and NO BUZZ-BEATERS!!!. This tourney has been a dissappointment... There was more excitement in teh Gonzaga-Arizon game last year, than in the entire tourny so far.

On Chicago Tonight, they were doing thier weekly(or-so) sports segment, and thier only clip of the Sox, was Soxtalk's very own Bullard.... It was not a great outing, or even a substancial amount of airplay(about 30 seconds), but I thought it was cool to see one of our own on the Tube. There is a rebroadcast on right now, for those of you in the Chicago area, I don't know if they already did the sports segment, however. That was the only part I saw before I went out to watch the NCAA tourney.

Maybe Juan Gone can pitch.
