Props to big Frank
I am a life long Sox fan and I'm not a fan of Thomas since the contract fiasco. I appreciate and respect what he's done for the Sox, but I don't root for him to be superman like a lot of Sox fans. I'd rather root for Mags or Konerko than the Big Hurt.

Sox Memoribilia
Mine are my Buehrle autographs along with my Borchard ball that I got signed when he was in town last summer. Interested to know what everyone else's favorites are, this should be a pretty interesting thread...

trade for Livian Hernandez
Fogg is 6-5 with a 5.25 ERA and a terrible WHIP of 1.46. Granted he is better than what we've had as a 5th starter, but I don't think he's gonna be that good at the big league level...

Bobby Jenks.
I saw the piece as well and it certainly appears he's got all the talent in the world to become a stud big leaguer. If he can shake off his other problems, I'm guessing you'll see him in 2-3 years as a nasty addition to someone's bullpen, most likely Anaheim's if they've stuck with him this long...

Cotts Tonight
I say we bring him up and let him have a start and see what happens...

trade for Livian Hernandez
Josh Fogg isn't really doing much if you've paid attention lately.

Koch
two things: 1. If JM can't even fill out the lineup card the same way everyday, there's no way he's going to figure out what happened to Koch's velocity. Koch is pretty much a lost cause if you ask me. And some wonder why I almost puked when I heard they traded my boy Keith Foulke. 2. I think the role Billy Botch should be used in is the mopup man job and we should give Glover or Ginter a shot at setting up for Marte and Glover.

trade for Livian Hernandez
He can eat a lot of innings, but there's no way I'd take the chunk of that salary. We've got Loaiza locked up for next season as well as Buehrle and Garland. There's no way we need to pay $6 mil next year for Livan Hernandez. The best he's ever going to pitch was back in the World Series in 1997 and he'll be lucky to win 15 games again in the majors in my opinion.

Royce Clayton
You are wrong, Mike Caruso can have that title.

HSC, it's too bad I didn't get to meet ya. I was in Chi-town for the Tampa series. Glad you liked Louisville though.

AND THAT'S A WHITE SOX WINNER!
The best part was that I was there for it....

Bartolo
As a spectator 4 rows behind home plate at Sunday's game, I just wanna say that I think Colon is going to have a dominant second half. He was just downright filthy and was even getting a bit squeezed on a few pitches and still dominated...I hope that's the Bartolo we continue to see.

Personally, I don't think you're gonna see a trade and you're gonna have to live with either Stewart, Rauch or possibly Diaz or Cotts as the 5th starter when we need one. I can live with that, as long as one of those guys can give us 5 or 6 innings without getting bombed... Looking around the rest of the AL, I'm not totally sold that any other team has a better top 4 than we do with the exception of Oakland. Buehrle, Loaiza, Colon and Garland when pitching well (which they have most of the year) is just downright filthy...

Who is the 5th Starter of our Future
My vote would go to Rauch...
