These deals suck that are being "rumored". Right now Phil Rogers seems to have lost his mind because Magglio ain't goin nowhere, as we are trying to build around role players and the "once young nucleus" of pitching.

After starting to read his autobiography I thought differently about him. I realized all the bulls*** he put up with in his life. I mean for starters, the guys father died when Sammy was very young. It was just natural, and Omar Minaya, then GM of the Rangers signed him to a 3,500 dollar contract after Sammy had been rejected by NYY, NYM, Philadelphia Phillies, and Cincinatti Reds. It took him a little while, but under a span of 2 years the man was in the big leagues, where he struggled but since Texas kept faith in him, he stayed up with the rest of the young stars: Palmer Rodriguez Gonzalez He got traded for Baines, which was unpopular with us, but it worked. Truth be told I found out a lot about our organization of how: 1.) The managers decide who gets called up and sent down. 2.) We are sleezy son of b****es. 3.) How only certain GM's know how to run the team. Aka ex GM (Larry Himes) I finally realized that even back then Reinsdorf was cheap. He wanted the Cubs to be up for 3 million left on George Bells contract. Cheap ass. Bottom Line: One of the worst deals in White Sox history.
