It’s an opinion, Big Ron Willie. Those are allowed here. The Sox have not had the greatest injury reporting over the past few years. What is truly asinine and irresponsible is your stalkerish attitude toward posters you don’t like just because this is your outlet for all the sad things going on in your life. Sorry man. Peters never put up an OPS above .800 in the minors. His career minor league line is below. So while he has been great thus far, he is likely playing over his head and isn’t very likely to keep it up. That is what regression is. It doesn’t mean he isn’t a beneficial player to the team or that anyone is good enough to replace him in CF right now. It just means he probably isn’t the .300+ AVG and .800+ OPS guy he is performing like right now. .264 .355 .421 .776

The order of these activities to be determined later.Regardless of performance, Acuna over Nishida is a no-brainer decision because they are basically the same player and Nishida has options. I think people forget that Nishida is actually a year older than Acuna. Acuna is likely a bust but there’s no reason to risk losing him for another equally bad and older backup utility guy that still has options. More than likely, neither guy will amount to anything so it probably won’t matter at all in the end.It was. Great controllers and the system was super small.
