Everyone knows your act as well. You think that you are some grand prognosticator and always make sure to give yourself a pat on the back whether your predictions were right or wrong. You also feel the need to argue with other posters who aren’t as optimistic every day as you are about this team. Usually the mods are your favorite target for whatever reason, but apparently I am your obsession now. I truly think you enjoy arguing with other posters on this site as much as you enjoy a Sox victory. You are the most insecure Sox fan and poster on this site. Trust me, I don’t need or want your tears. I have a successful career and family, including two teenage sons. My older son has had more success with his HS football team than the Sox have had in over 20 years. That made me feel truly good. The Sox being good would be a nice piece of enjoyment on the side but it doesn’t ultimately impact my life, nor does it truly impact yours. This is a Sox message board. We are all here to talk about the team, whether they are performing like crap and losing or playing well and winning. It’s not as gravely serious as you are making it out to be.
