  1. Most likely Malone will start at AAA. He really tried to throw too many changeups, and started forcing them into his pitching scheme. He'll be fine. For pitchers, in my mind, ranked ahead of Bullard are: Honel, Malone, Diaz, Munoz, Almonte, and maybe Sanders. Ring hasn't thrown enough innings, and Wyatt Allen is way too unpolished. Bullard will REALLY excel in Birmingham this year, mainly because of its monsterous dimensions. Anything over a 3.5 ERA should be considered sub-par.
  2. In today's Trib. I'm too lazy to find a link, just take my word on it.

    Sox Fest

I'll be there Friday and Saturday. Look for the guy wearing the signed Borchard jersey (I'm willing to be I have the only one there) with the number 24, not 25. Also going to have the masking tape on the back of my hat that says "Cerb". We need a designated meeting area.
  4. I'll talk about Bullard a bit in my Winstom-Salem preview for this year. Also, stay far away from AA this year, they are going to blow.

  6. Tribune did a three day report on it. I believe it is at http://www.chicagotribune.com/supercar
  7. The rich DO NOT NEED 42,000 DOLLARS. Jesus f***ing Christ, how blind are you people? They probably use it as monopoly money for f***s sake. Top 1% making 80-100 k a year? My family makes roughly 135,000 a year combined, and we got a 600 dollar tax rebate. Top 1%? more like 50%.
  8. The 1% doesn't work? How do you explain millionaires getting 42,000 dollars in tax cuts that were supposed to help the economy. Look, yesterday the Dow closed beneath 8000. George Bush just threw the National Surplus down the toilet, and you still refuse to recgonize it.
  9. Then why aren't they selling it? Because Bush cut funding on it. The car still needed more money to fine-tune it.
  10. Baggio: THE STATISTICS WERE RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF HIM. THE CAR REACHED 82 MPG. WHAT MORE f***ING PROOF DOES THIS DIPs*** NEED? The project had 8 years under its belt, and IT WORKED. If Gore had won, I might be driving a car that had 82 MPG. But with Bush, businesses get rebates for buying SUVs. Also, Bush mandated that every car's MPG should go up 1.5 MPG. Yeah, he's seeking out alternative fuel sources all right. Instead of drilling in Alaska, how about we drill up Dubya's ass to see how many more lies he has stashed up there.
  11. So, this is why, when Dubya JUST entered the White House, he killed the Supercar project. The supercar project, which was a joint combination on the Clinton Administration and several car companies (Ford, Daimler-Chrylser, and another), was a project aimed at cutting down foreign dependence on Oil. The goal of the Supercar project was 80 MPG. In the first days when Dubya entered office, he killed the Supercar project, even though Daimler-Chrysler engineers had reached a car that sustained 82 MPG. So don't tell me this f***stick is looking for alternative sources of fuel. He's lying out of his ass. Also, the God part sickens me. Maybe Bush should read up on the Treaty of Tripoli where George Washington said, and I quote: Way to go, George, drill this country into the ground slower, I thoroughly enjoy it.
  12. Are you f***ing INSANE? Milosevic was committing GENOICDE. HE WAS WIPING A NATIONALITY OFF THE MAP! And you compare this because Saddam killed a few thousands Kurds? Just shutup, you have absolutely no clue what you are spewing.

    My 500th Post

Whore thread for posts, go ahead.
  14. /me whores this thread for more posts
  15. Of course, let's not look how we're killing civilians and relegating them to poverty because of sanctions. Nonono, that's all Saddam's fault. And the Kurds? Guess whose weapons killed the Kurds? Ours, whoops. You guys know we did sell them weapons, as well as Afghanistan. Guess that really came around and bit us in the ass, no? Liberal education? Cry me a f***ing river and visit Pepperdine, Harvard, and any Southern university. Milosevic was committing Genocide, and we acted. Saddam kills Kurds, we look the other way, because Iraq was our ally in the 80's. Yet, today we must invade Iraq. Why? f*** not even the UN knows. We KNOW FOR A FACT North Korea has weapons-grade materials to produce "WMD". Saddam has s***ty SCUDs and maybe some germs lying around from a decade ago. Until we find such evidence of revived chemical or nuclear production, there is no reason we should go to war. Wait, oil is in Iraq. Forgot about that. And now we get rebates on SUVs, woohoo! Also, the reasons most countries hate us because we support the Jews. Simple as that.
  16. Will you please shut the f*** up? If I wanted to know the 25 man roster, I'd wait until late March. Jesus Christ.
  17. Ok, here we be: Burke looks to be a good pickup, solid offense and can play a bunch of positions, including catcher. Morales seems to be a lock for AAA catcher, decent pop. Gil Heredia - Can't hurt to see what is left in him, will battle with Loaiza, Rauch for #5 spot. Loaiza - Great insurance for Rauch. Cooper - Eh, bum. Daubach - Nice pickup. Brumbaugh - Utility extraordinaire. Can play about anything, has good pop, strikes out alot.

    I'm still banned. Huzzah!
  22. The ELF is the Earth Liberation Front. Theyr eguarly bomb SUVs, burn down factories with something against the environment, and do other things. PETA gave the ELF money, enough said.
  23. Give me a break. PETA supports the ELF, which could be considered a "terrorist organization" because they like to bomb alot of globilization companies.
  24. I've got my money on Religious Zealots doing something moronic, then M.A.D occurs.
  25. This trade is not a wash at all. Foulke has the highest rating for CPbG, what I call Craps Pants in big Games. Koch is more dominant. Cotts was ranked as the third best prospect traded at or before the winter meetings. Valentine was 4th. Daylan Holt or MJ? Too easy.
