  5. QUOTE(rangercal @ Mar 31, 2005 -> 09:12 AM) was this game just picked up by tnt recently? I didnt hear about a tnt game vs the cavs in the begining of the season. It's been at least a month. I remember seeing it on the schedule as early as late Feb. when I waslooking for national games.
  6. QUOTE(HoosierSox @ Mar 30, 2005 -> 04:52 PM) No Brandon Mcarthy on the top 5 prospects. He's not on the first list, but if you click on "Complete AL Central Prospects" under the list, they have him as #2 and Jenks is off the list.
  7. Nice. I was already planning on heading down to Toldedo to check out the Knights mid-April... now even more reason to do it.
  8. ESPN.com had this up yesterday... there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of truth behind it...yet
  9. I agree with Greasy and the Pistons getting a break. As for the fans... After living here for awhile now, I can say that the city as whole and a chunk of its fans (regardless of the team) are trash... but there are a ton of good fans up here too. ...let's just remember how much we didn't like a couple of idiots making a stereotype out of White Sox fans...
  10. QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Mar 25, 2005 -> 08:43 PM) Yes, I believe you he had me at "Contrerus"
  11. IIRC, wasn't the guy that did the write up for them actually a writer for Sporting News, or something along those lines?
  12. QUOTE(kwill @ Mar 24, 2005 -> 03:32 PM) I dont know if you know this or not guys but San Fran park is massive and one of the biggest ballparks in the league. It plays huge and is very spacious and only one other player has hti the ball into the water It's deep in right-center, but super short down the right field line.
  13. QUOTE(SoxFan101 @ Mar 11, 2005 -> 10:31 PM) what round was Crede taken? edit: google says 5th
  14. They should at least give him 1 more year considering this last class he had a part of bringing in. i.e. same idea that ND should have kept Ty one more year to let him play with his kids, not Davie's
  15. just realized this game isn't on the Superstation.... damn, time to head to the bar
  16. sorta off topic, but Sunday's game isn't on TV anywhere, correct?
  17. QUOTE(LosMediasBlancas @ Mar 3, 2005 -> 01:06 PM) That blows, I heard they went to Peru. Thx for checking though. Anyone else a fan? I've actually caught most of every episode, of every season. I've enjoyed the concept from the beginning. They did go to Peru and that's where the pitstop was.
  18. after looking at cbs.com and through tivo, it doesn't look like they'll be replaying it
  19. I did the trip from West Lafayette to the Cell 5 or 6 times and like 2k5 said, take 65 to the Skyway, it's the easiest and quickest since 80/94 is always torn up.
  20. QUOTE(Rex Hudler @ Feb 28, 2005 -> 01:24 AM) I'm sure this question has already been answered, but I seem to have missed it. How do I get updated rosters integrated into my Owner mode, and create Iguchi into it? Can Iguchi be added to the downloaded updated rosters? Step x step, please.......... If you hop online w/PS2 (don't know about XBox), you can get the upated rosters... use the CAP earlier in this thread to creat Gooch, b/c he's not on the update but if you've started Owner mode, you're stuck with what you started with
  21. I think I said something on here that we'd never be able to draft a WR like Muhsin, but it happened ... glad to be proven wrong let's just say no to Warner
  22. I had a $2 Red Barron frozen pizza tonight...it was fantastic tonight, but will be hell at work tomorrow special at Kroger here is 5 for $10 this week
  23. QUOTE(sox4lifeinPA @ Feb 28, 2005 -> 12:22 AM) tell him not to fret. My bro lives in St. Paul. You have to get used to the cold weather (which is balanced out by the enclosed walkways, heated sidewalks, etc.), but the music and culture scene is awesome...plus he'll be able to see the sox a couple times a year. My brother loves the twin cities. true, but with the snow, his drive is going to suck
