  1. Looks safe, but probably too hard to overturn.
  2. Have yourself a game Moises.
  3. Don't stop now boys. Hit this bum.
  4. QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Jul 22, 2014 -> 08:23 PM) Sierra, what an arm that was filthy.
  5. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jul 10, 2014 -> 11:01 AM) Almost to the point I can retire haha. It's working. It brought me out of the woodwork. I really want Melo now.
  6. QUOTE (bmags @ Jul 10, 2014 -> 10:37 AM) I can't decide whether I love your or hate you Gage. This is mean or really nice. Don't you get it? Gage is being overly optimistic in an elaborate plan to drive traffic to his website. He's the Chris Broussard of Chicago White Sox message boards. #EvilGenius
  7. Me thinks SAS is just milking a little more out of this story. Melo is staying in NY. I do love Gage's posts though. They make me happy.
  8. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 01:14 PM) I think Lebron to Cleveland, Melo to Chicago, Bosh to Houston, Wade...who knows. I come here just for Jason's optimism.
  9. K.C. Johnson ‏@KCJHoop 36s Bulls management and players just finished tour of new practice facility with Melo.
  10. QUOTE (Athomeboy_2000 @ Jun 30, 2014 -> 12:14 PM) I love Rozner Me too. I think he'd actually be a better fit for Bernstein, because he actually has the stones to stand up to him.
  11. QUOTE (bmags @ Jun 30, 2014 -> 11:27 AM) Seriously, if he gets hurt, he gets hurt. It would have happened anyway. But I want him playing with top talent. It made him better. This may have been mentioned earlier, but I think he's worried he won't make the team and will be embarrassed. There are a bunch of PGs who are playing at a high level right now. Derrick has played 50 games in 3 years. I'm not sure he can outplay Westbrook, Lillard, Irving etc. . . Maybe Adidas will pressure him into going to try and resurrect his brand.
  12. Anderson with another single. 3-5 today. Up to .296 on the season.
  13. Saladino likely not a true SS candidate anymore, but he has continued to hit the ball pretty consistently (.286/348/484). I know they are trying him out in LF, trying to give him some added versatility and value. I wonder who will be the next guy up.
  14. It would be a lot more fun to watch Avisail right now than De Aza. Just sayin.
  15. Rain again. Call the game. We win, obviously.
  16. This sure feels like a spot where Carroll serves up a 3-run bomb.
  17. QUOTE (raBBit @ May 27, 2014 -> 10:15 PM) Recap http://www.chicagonow.com/future-sox/2014/...st/preview/3383 Bits on Beck, Hawkins this is a link for the unpublished, preview, version of your post. the link we want is this one thanks for the recap!
  18. Minutecast for the Cell Looks like there is going to be rain (and intense rain) for the next 90 mins or so. Not sure what they're thinking.
  19. QUOTE (South Side Fireworks Man @ May 27, 2014 -> 08:30 PM) Serves Aviles right if he is hurt after that slide. Spike to Gordo's knee. Not cool.
  20. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ May 13, 2014 -> 08:16 PM) Fullers number is interesting.... O'Donnell too . . . .
  21. Love what the Bears did today. Carey looks like a tough runner, never goes down on first contact and has the ability to fight for extra yards. Character issues (including what has been mentioned in this thread) are a concern. Vereen seems like really good value at the end of the 4th. Glad the Bears identified that talent and traded to get him.
