You're lucky to make that much. I get paid minimum wage, but I do get free food and drinks all the time. And when mealtime rolls around, I get that too for free. The pay isn't great, but the benefits are.

Okay dad. I am considering it. As for the sister schools, I'm not really sure about room and board, I'll ask. A good thing about VU is that it is really growing lately. Just being on campus a lot for work, I have seen the new buildings and gotten familiar with all of it. It is beginning to win me over.

My parents are begging me to go to VU because both of my sisters refused, even though it would be free. The deal is if you are a full time employee for a certain amount of time, then your children can go there for free. What is even better is that there is a list of about 100 other "sister" schools of Valpo that have the same offer. The best one that comes to mind is Marquette. Those are the schools that interest me because (1) They're free and (2) they aren't 10 minutes from home and seconds from my mom's work.

I don't think I'll start anything though because I work for the University and my mom works for the University so that would not be a good situation. After all, they will probably be paying for my college education. But waking up at 5 was not fun at all.

Well my employer has broken the 8 hour per day law, the before 7:00 am, and the 40 hours in a week. Maybe I should demand a raise or threaten to file a law suit.

Sun is shining here, but I am way to East of the city to know what the weather is like on the southside. Hopefully it rains here so my game gets canceled.

I was suprised that it was light out at 5:00 when I had to go to work. BTW- Isn't it illegal for me to be at work before 7 if I'm not 18? I'm just wondering because I hate when I have to be at work at 5:30 and I'm pretty sure it's illegal.

That is true. You can never have enough beautiful weather though.

We can thank mother nature for that. Too bad Tuesday didn't have good weather because that would have meant more walkup then.

Glad to hear you had a good time Greasy! I missed the game today because of work, but caught the replay on FSN tonight and I was getting excited even knowing what was going to happen.

Does Illinois have the stupid law that you have to wait a month and a day after your birthday to get your liscense? Indiana has it and it sucks. I turn 16 a week from today and won't be able to get my liscense until August 16 and then Indiana has another law where you can't have any passangers for 3 months after you get your liscense, but nobody follows that damn law.

I don't know who is doing the broadcast, I just saw an advertisement for the game on ESPN.

This game and a network adapter will be on my B-Day list. My Birthday is the 15th so hopefully I will get both or get enough money to buy them and be able to be in the online league. I can't wait!
