Last year it was either Manuel or somebody who made him take first pitch every time, even when it was a 2-0 fastball or something like that straight down the middle. Maybe he's just trying to make up for all those times he had to watch strikes go by.

Yeah, that would make two on one team if He Sop does good things. On a side note, the Marlins have given away a lot too, just because they can't afford to keep them. Renteria, Brown, Sheffield, Preston Wilson, Cliff Floyd, Lee, Connine, and others. There are some great players on that list.

I wish I could go, but I have a baseball game. I will tape it though and cheer them on about 8 hours after everything happens.

Just got home from a weekend in Indy. A big win yesterday, I wish I could have watched it. Cotts warming up now after PayRod just missed a homer.

I'm just glad I didn't see that game. I had baseball and my first game of the year the following day to get me over it.

I understand where you're coming from because last year we were dominated all the time against the Tigers and everybody elses young pitchers that we have never faced. But, they should be playing with heart and motivation because it is the Yankees, so I'm not too worried.

I wasn't suprised at all either. I think he will do awesome in his second full season. His time has come and with his defensive abilities, watch out.

Bellhorn did a good job for the Scrubs in 2002 and I would like to see him here. I think Politte and Shingo could fill in for Kelley nicely.

I finally got to see my first Sox game of the year. One hell of a game if you ask me. Garland did great outside of the fourth, Maggs was outstanding, and Willie showed up. Crede is more proven though. He has shown he is a clutch player and can hit the ball. Harris has not on a major league level. I personally am running out of patience for him to come around. I just don't believe he has the skills to perform consistently at a major league level.
