  1. Defense better get their act together or this is gonna be a long day. 7-0 Steelers early.
  2. Bears get 1 first down and thats it. Muhammed was open on the slant and Killer Kyle cant hit him. BLAH!
  3. QUOTE(Rex Kickass @ Dec 11, 2005 -> 10:25 AM) http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/13374664.htm How rediculous is that? On another note, maybe if parents made their kids exercise instead of letting them vegetate in front of the TV or video game all day long they would grow up to be fat-bodies.
  4. QUOTE(SoCalSouthSider59 @ Dec 11, 2005 -> 11:31 AM) Guess being an actor wasn't good enough, what a piece of s*** loser............. :finger Lillo......... When you find an actor who ISIN'T a piece of s*** loser then you really got something there.
  5. RIP EM!!!!!!!!! Lets make it 9 in a row boys!!!!!!!!
  6. QUOTE(whitesoxin' @ Dec 11, 2005 -> 09:20 AM) I actually think the Bears will lose; however, Big Ben is all beat up so there is a good chance that the D will dominate him and the Bears might even blow this out. I just can't fathom a nine game winning streak for the Chicago Bears. Ben being hurt is the Bears best shot at making it 9 straight. If they can put a couple of good sticks on him early they can throw off his whole game and force them to rely on their less than stellar running game.
  7. QUOTE(Texsox @ Dec 11, 2005 -> 09:29 AM) His contributions to comedy and fire safety were immense. RIP I wasn't gonna say it but you did. When I read about that incident I laughed my ass off.
  8. QUOTE(Rex Kickass @ Dec 10, 2005 -> 11:51 PM) Joe Lieberman is angling to be the "bipartisan" filler in the Bush cabinet. The party may very well fire up a primary challenger against him this year. As well they should, he's a DLC guy - and that's not the future of this party anymore. What, may I ask, IS the future of the Democratic party? If its the Dean wing of the party then the Republicans are going to be in charge for a VERY long time.
  9. QUOTE(Steve Bartman's my idol @ Dec 11, 2005 -> 08:48 AM) Wassup Nuke? "Hamas not interested in peace"...not really newsworthy when you think about it. The palestinians were NEVER interested in peace with the Israelis, and they were NEVER interested in a "2-State Solution" with Israel. All the ever wanted, and continue to want is the eradication of Israel and the Jews. So when there is a headline that reads "hamas not interested in peace", it's the same as having a headline that reads "2+2=4". Same old story. Check out shoebat.com You're right. How silly of me to think that an organization whos stated goal is the destruction of Isreal pulling out of a peace deal is news worthy. This should have gone under the obvious category.
  10. QUOTE(Flash Tizzle @ Dec 11, 2005 -> 01:14 AM) Robert DeNiro can't save him now. Dumb bastard. Ironic how someone who seemingly learns from his mistakes in Bronx Tale is involved in the slaying of a police officer. Hope he finds himself a nice prison mate willing to protect his worthless ass. I'm sure his stereotypical tough guy, Italian image that has graced his well known acting performances will earn the resoect of fellow convicts. Robert DeNiro was the father. Chazz Palmientari (sp) was the guy who saved him from trouble at the end.
  11. He was really good in Harlem Nights. Thats one of my all time favorite movies.
  12. QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Dec 10, 2005 -> 04:13 PM) Steelers 6 Bears 4 oh wait........that was Iowa/Penn State last year. That's totally likely.
  13. QUOTE(LowerCaseRepublican @ Dec 10, 2005 -> 03:06 PM) I'm sure if they had the missiles and helicopters to shoot into apartment complexes, they'd be just as "civilized" as the Israelis. Im sure if they didn't walk into shopping malls, restaurants, discos etc...etc... and target innocent people they would be as well.
  14. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,178324,00.html Looks like once again the party of tolerance and diversity has no room for someone who dares to disagree with the party line and back the Bush Administration on Iraq. :rolly
  15. http://www.cnn.com/2005/WORLD/meast/12/09/...rael/index.html Savages.
  16. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,178273,00.html Official.
  17. Id give my dad a snowblower. Unfortunately he's so old-fashioned he'd die of a heart attack shoveling snow before he'd use the damn thing so there's no point.
  18. QUOTE(farmteam @ Dec 8, 2005 -> 09:33 PM) Perhaps something along the lines of "Most Closed Discussion Topics Started". Unless that's already there and I'm forgetting about it. I think Im in the lead on that one.
  19. http://www.weather.com/activities/other/ot...pnav_undeclared HAHA! I guess I shouldnt laugh too much cause Im driving to Chicago from here for the holidays next week.
  20. QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Dec 8, 2005 -> 04:29 PM) Ok, I'm loathe to even bring this up, but if CNN.com can run it as their banner headline, I guess it at least deserves notice...Currently, CNN is reporting that none of the passengers on the plane have come forward to corroborate the story of the air marshalls who opened fire - that the deceased said he had a bomb. The air marshalls reportedly stated that the guy had run up and down the plane saying that he had a bomb...a scenario which would have almost certainly made it so that at least a couple other passengers would have heard him. I'm at least curious to figure out the difference between the 2 stories. Is it possible that the press just hasn't gotten to all of the people on the plane, and the dozen that heard him are still not talking/still being interviewed by the police? Is it possible he said it outside the plane? Or could the air marshall have heard something wrong? Not sure myself but my thing is if a police officer or federal agent has his gun out and is telling me to do something Im damn sure going to follow his instructions to the letter.
  21. QUOTE(Reddy @ Dec 8, 2005 -> 04:14 PM) have more respect for the integrity of teachers. the vast majority of them do their jobs well and try to be as unbiased as possible. I agree with that statement. Both sides have a habit of blowing the alleged negative effects of the other out of all proportion.
  22. QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Dec 8, 2005 -> 02:37 PM) I would really respect MTV a lot more if they changed their name. That channel has almost nothing to do with music anymore except the music awards show they do one time a year. Its new title should be "Pop Culture TV". No the irony of its new initials being PCTV has not been lost on me either. MTV was awesome in the 80's and early 90's when they actually played music videos but nowadays its nothing more than a cesspool of pop-culture dogs***. Its cast of characters are nothing more than a bunch of clueless, spoiled, stupid airheads who play on "reality shows" but wouldn't know real life if it walked up and b**** slapped them ( which it inevitably does anyway ). The trash they churn out on a daily basis, be it "reality" shows or hip hop nonsense that glorifies killing cops and abusing women is a hugely negative influence on kids.
  23. QUOTE(Flash Tizzle @ Dec 8, 2005 -> 03:51 PM) UH OH! Well, Williams has disappointed me. Marte's trade was not as carefully planned as I envisioned. I thought there would be NO way he'd initiate a trade for Marte unless a replacement were ready underneath. It's not too much to expect this, right? Losing Marte is addition by subtraction. Im not concerned at all.
  24. QUOTE(TimoandAaron @ Dec 7, 2005 -> 09:02 PM) Guys, we are winning, why fix whats right?? Tell me what's right about a QB who has a rating of 60 and couldn't complete a pass while playing catch.
