I don't see us winning too many games when Jermaine Dye pitches.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Jim Belushi, big time Cubs fan, thats why his movies suck.- Iguchi very close to signing a 2 yr deal?
For what it is worth, I heard it on ESPN 1000 earlier today; Bruce Levine reporting that the Sox still are interested in Iguchi. He also reported that Maggs isn't even close to showing off his knee to any Major League team doctor. Maggs really screwed himself by not taking the deal that Kenny offered him last year.- Jeff Nelson
If I remember correctly, we always made him look like a Hall of Fame pitcher, we could never touch him. I always liked him and would welcome him here.- Signings and a new name mentioned
Alex Cora signed a deal with Cleveland, Polanco re-upped with Philly, and Uggy Urbina's name has been mentioned on ESPN Insider with the White Sox being one of the teams mentioned.- ESPN Insider Reports
Polanco re-upped with Philadelphia yesterday.- ESPN Insider Reports
Sorry if I posted something that has already been posted in the past, just noticed it on ESPN today, and didn't see anything in topics about it in the last few days. My bad.- ESPN Insider Reports
ESPN Insider reports that the White Sox are one of several teams that may be interested in Rich Aurelia. What do you think, if you can get him for cheap, play him at short and move Uribe to second, its better than Willie.- Levine Reports
Lets trade Garland for Livian Hernandez, so we can have all the Cuban pitchers.- *Official* Clement to Boston
I'm not in favor of paying top $ for Clement, I would rather have Lowe or Burnett, however, and I am not a Cub fan, when Wood and Prior were out at the beginning of last year, Maddux was not great, Clement was the one that kept the Flubs in the race.- Historic WS FA Signings
Don't forget, Richie Zisk, Oscar Gamble, Floyd Bannister, Julio Cruz via trade.- Randy Johnson Trade Rumors
Lets take Orlando Hernandez off the Yankees hands, they don't need him anymore.- I might be crazy
I agree with you totally, I posted this yesterday, I would trade Garland, Harris, and prospects for AJ and Castillo, whatever it takes.- Another Trade???
Why not deal directly with the Marlins, Ozzie has a good relationship with them, deal Garland and PK for AJ and Castillo, if you want to throw in "PEAPOD", I wouldn't be upset.- Good Job KW
How bout PK and Judy for AJ and the 2nd baseman, his name escapes me, Castillo, and this frees up $ to sign a Delgado, you can even throw in Willie.- Lee for Podsednik/Ginter?
Does Jaime Navarro still pitch for the Brewers?- Toronto is looking at lee and konerko
Maybe Wells and Lilly, Halladay had arm problems last year.- Toronto is looking at lee and konerko
Who are Toronto's starting pitchers?- Sox Shopping Carlos Lee?
I am seeing rumors that Lee will be part of the 3 way deal involving Vazquez and Randy Johnson instead of Konerko and Garland.- Sox in hunt for Nomar?
I believe that before the Yankees got ARod and that Boston was in the running, why did Kevin Millar want AROD instead of NOMAR?- Sox in hunt for Nomar?
I would rather have Renteria or Cabrera than NO-MORE, I believe he is a cancer in the clubhouse, and we need people that are team players not for themselves. Manny Ramirez recently came to the place that I work, and a friend of mine spoke with him, and he made the comment, whoever has Nomar on their team will never win anything.- Clement a Prime Candidate for Sox?
I heard on the Score yesterday, Clement was interviewed and stated that he and his wife love Chicago. He says that the other Chicago team has contacted him about joining their staff. He said that because they love Chicago, he would have to consider coming to the Sox, but must leave his options open. He sounded like he would give a discount to the Sox to remain here. In closing the announcer stated that Cleveland still is the frontrunner.- Jose Guillen to Washington
Isn't it frickin sad that the newly Washington team can get more and better players than us, a "big market" city like Chicago. So far, Guillen, Castilla, and Guzman, I would take any of the 3.- Sox interested in Walker and Renteria
I don't want Walker here, he was the main crybaby on the Cubs who cried over being criticized by Steve Stone and Chip Carey. - Local Celebrities' Allegiance
